Working for neighbors, not the biggest check.

Meet Blake

A decade of showing up.

I've built my life around work that connects people to their community, from organizing voters and working with local nonprofits to supporting the arts and serving in civic and nonprofit leadership. I've seen this city from a lot of different angles, but always as someone who lives here, works here, and cares deeply about what happens next.

I'm not part of the development community or the donor class. I know what it's like to depend on the same streets, services, neighborhoods, and programs as everyone else. That's a big part of why I'm running. I want City Hall to listen more closely to the people who live here and make decisions with them in mind first.

What I'll Fight For

protect the things that make a neighborhood home

Libraries, pools, parks, and neighborhood services are essentials, not extras.

Hold BAD LANDLORDS accountable

Protect inspections, scrutinize new development contracts,  and get renters the help they need faster.

Make City Hall answer to you

Stronger ethics rules, real transparency, and conflicts disclosed before the vote.

one standard for every neighborhood

Streets and sidewalks shouldn’t get better or worse depending on your ZIP code or bank account size.

“ This city belongs to all of us.
   It should work like it.
